Terms and Conditions
Updated September 17, 2026
Authorized employees only
The Phoenix Financial Broker Portal and Manage Portal (the Systems) are Phoenix Financial systems owned or controlled by Phoenix Financial (Phoenix). Only employees expressly authorized by Phoenix may access them, solely for assigned Phoenix business duties and within the permissions granted.
Conditional and revocable access
Access is a limited, personal, nontransferable and revocable permission. Employment, a working credential, a role assignment or technical ability to view information does not authorize access beyond your assigned responsibilities. Phoenix may restrict, suspend or revoke access, change permissions, investigate use, preserve records, or modify or discontinue any System as permitted by law. Stop using the Systems immediately when authorization ends or your duties no longer require access.
Mandatory security requirements
Use only your individually assigned work account and approved authentication methods. Protect credentials and devices, follow Phoenix security policies, sign out when finished, and promptly report suspected compromise or unauthorized access to Phoenix IT, security or compliance. Do not share accounts, bypass access controls, impersonate another person, elevate privileges without authorization, probe or test security without written authorization, introduce malicious code, interfere with operations, or disable, alter or evade logging and monitoring.
Confidentiality and permitted use
Access only the information needed for authorized duties. Protect Phoenix, employee, client and third-party confidential information. Do not copy, download, export, disclose, upload to an external service, or otherwise use System information unless expressly authorized for a legitimate business purpose and consistent with Phoenix policy and applicable law. Do not use the Systems for personal purposes or permit access by clients, members of the public or unauthorized personnel. Confidentiality obligations continue after access or employment ends, subject to applicable law.
Logging and monitoring notice
All access and attempted access to these Systems are logged and subject to security monitoring, including permitted and denied requests, authentication activity, API requests and protected file access. Phoenix may review and investigate records and System activity for security, compliance and policy enforcement as described in the Privacy Policy. To the extent permitted by applicable law, users should have no expectation of personal privacy in use of these business Systems. By proceeding, you acknowledge this notice and agree to comply with these terms; this acknowledgment does not replace any lawful basis or notice required for monitoring.
Ownership and reservation of rights
Phoenix and its licensors retain all rights, title and interest in the Systems, software, branding and proprietary materials, subject to third-party rights. No ownership interest or license is granted except the limited authorized business use described here. Phoenix reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law and applicable agreements. All rights reserved. No failure to enforce a restriction waives Phoenix’s right to enforce it later.
Violations and applicable obligations
Unauthorized access or misuse may result in immediate loss of access, investigation, disciplinary action up to and including termination, and civil or criminal referral where appropriate and permitted by law. These terms supplement applicable employment, confidentiality and security obligations; they do not create an employment contract or alter rights protected by law. Nothing prohibits legally protected reporting, whistleblowing, cooperation with authorities or other protected activity. Phoenix may update these terms subject to applicable law and required notice. If you are not authorized or cannot comply, do not access the Systems.
